As a reminder, any plans for exterior construction/improvements to a home must be submitted to the Architecture Committee for approval prior to starting a project. The following is the list of the more common improvements needing approval:
-Installation of solar panels
-exterior painting
-Additions/Renovations, Patio Covers, Patio Enclosures
-Yard Structures/Play Structures
-Fencing/Gates
-Roofing
-Siding
-Concrete Work
-Landscaping/Tree Removal

To apply for approval, please fill out the Architectural Review Application Found under Members Only/Requests.
Please gain approval before proceeding.
