As a friendly reminder, HOA dues were due 1/1/23. We offer a grace period to pay no later than 1/31/23. Any dues received after that date will incur a $60 per month late fee.
Dues for 2023 are $991. You can check the HOA dues amount and your account standing on the website by clicking on Members only/Residents/HOA fees, then click on Payments received list. If your account states ,”Call for Amount”, please email the bookkeeper for amount due. Any outstanding amount not paid can affect your usage of the community amenities.
