Dear SCO-
It has come to our attention that private lessons are being given by non-residents to other non-residents at the SCO batting cage. Additionally, SCO residents were turned away from using the batting cages while these lessons were being conducted. While we welcome and encourage the community to use our facilities, any vendor must be approved by SCOCIA and reservations must be made through the baseball committee and at least one resident must be present. Per SCOCIA governing documents, all vendors must pay 10% of income, unless otherwise specified by SCOCIA.
If you suspect that someone is violating this policy OR you would like to reserve the batting cages, please email baseballcommittee@springcreekoaks.org.
Violators will be reported for trespassing to the constable.
