SCO POOL INFORMATION
If you are new to the Spring Creek Oaks neighborhood or have not picked up a key fob for pool entry, please fill out an online pool waiver. Once this is complete, you can pick up your key fob at Clubhouse 2 (6002 Bur Oak) on the second Monday of each month from 6pm-6:30pm. You will need to print the key fob agreement, found under the waiver on the website, and bring with you for pick up. (Extra copies will be on hand at pickup)
Note: Waiver must be signed 24 hours prior to pick up day.
Our Pools will remain locked at all times. To gain access to our pools during open hours, you’ll need to obtain a key fob. HOA dues must be current.
How to use the key fob
To gain access to either pool during open hours, swipe the fob across the reader at the front gate, then open the gate.
To exit the pool, push the red gate release button, to the left of the gate, the gate will disengage and you can exit.

As a reminder, pool and slide rules are posted at the pool.
Please be sure to familiarize yourself and children with these rules
as they are in place to keep everyone safe.

Additionally, Pool 2 observes a 10 minute break,
10 minutes prior to every hour.
EVERYONE must exit the pool promptly
and completely during this break.
Pool Rules
- Pool amenities are for SCO Residents and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a resident.
- Food or drink is prohibited in the pool water
- No glass allowed in the pool area
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted. Consumption of alcoholic beverages must be in accordance with state law.
- Pets or any animals are not allowed in the enclosure except for service dogs.
- No Running or horseplay on the pool deck
- Spitting, spouting water, or blowing the nose in the pool is prohibited.
- No smoking on the premises.
- Bathers must wear appropriate swim attire. Street clothes & shoes are not allowed in the water.
- Any person known or reasonably suspected to have a communicable disease; skin lesions; sore or inflamed eyes reasonably believed to have been caused by a communicable disease; or mouth, nose, or ear discharges, shall be restricted from using the pool.
- Any child not potty trained must wear snug fitting plastic pants or a water-resistant swim diaper.
- Children under the age of 12 shall not use the pool without an adult in attendance. Lifeguards reserve the right to administer a swim test for swim safety.
- All bathers must exit the pool promptly when the lifeguard announces the break at 10 minutes prior to the top of every hour. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Management/Lifeguard has the right to ask any patron to leave for non-compliance with the above rules.
