This weekend, SCOCIA obtained images of an adult helping a child over the wrought iron fence to gain access to the Misty Creek Pool. Not only is this extremely dangerous, but it is illegal/trespassing.
If you witness this type of behavior at any of our pools, please contact Precinct 4 immediately at (281) 376-3472.
This is not allowed and subjects the neighborhood to significant liability. If this activity continues, SCO will be forced to close the pool for the remainder of the year and deactivate all key fobs. In addition, consideration will be taken as to whether or not to discontinue the Swim At Your Own Risk policy indefinitely.
