The Spring Creek Oaks Community Improvement Association (SCOCIA) maintains several groups of tennis courts as a part of the common areas and facilities within the subdivision.
These courts are operated for the sole benefit of Spring Creek Oaks residents and their accompanied guests.
These tennis courts are operated and maintained using funds collected by the SCOCIA and allocated by the SCOCIA Board. The Tennis Committee operates and maintains the courts as a standing committee of the SCOCIA Board.
This policy replaces and supersedes all earlier policies and procedures regarding tennis court usage and scheduling.
This policy is intended to assure that the courts are properly maintained and that all residents have equal access to the facilities, whether for individual use of for organized activities. Users who do not observe these guidelines may lose their tennis privileges and be requested to turn in their tennis court keys.
