Facilities 

SCOCIA has two clubhouses that are available for use by SCOCIA homeowners.  Both clubhouses have full kitchens and can be used for meetings or parties.  Clubhouse I is ideal for groups of up to 75 people.  Clubhouse II is well suited for groups of up to 125 people.  Clubhouse II also has an upstairs meeting room that is ideally suited for meetings of fewer than 40 people. 

Rental Information 

The clubhouse will only be rented to SCOCIA residents.  However, a resident may sponsor a party or meeting for non-residents.  Clubhouses may be rented by the hour, i.e.: for meetings or a party.  Meetings are limited to two hours and parties are limited to six hours.  If you intend to serve a meal, please book the event as a party to allow time for preparation and clean up.

4. Other concerns, such as viewing prior to booking, etc. 

Party Rental Fees

• 50%-99% SCOCIA residents:                 $50.00

• 10%-49% SCOCIA residents:                 $100.00

• Less than 10% SCOCIA residents:         $150.00

 Clubhouse II - (6002 Bur Oak Drive)

• 100% SCOCIA residents:                        No Charge

• 50%-99% SCOCIA residents:                  $125.00

• 10%-49% SCOCIA residents:                  $250.00

• Less than 10% SCOCIA residents:          $350.00

Meeting Rental Fees

• 100% SCOCIA residents:                        No Charge

• 50%-99% SCOCIA residents:                  $30.00/hr.

• 10%-49% SCOCIA residents:                  $50.00/hr.

• Less than 10% SCOCIA residents:          $70.00/hr.

Rental Agreement and Security Deposit

A resident must sign a rental agreement and pay $200.00 security deposit prior to any use.  No security deposit is required for standing SCOCIA committees or clubs. Any SCOCIA resident that rents a clubhouse is responsible for clean up and repair required to return the clubhouse to its original condition.
